The short answer is sadly no.
Many of the larger train stations have lockers big enough for a full size suitcase. Shinjuku Station has plenty of large coin lockers.

Alternatively, we recommend you use a baggage shipping service. Japan has a few companies to choose from - just do a web search for "Takkyubin Japan" to find the most commonly used companies. These are very reasonably priced, safe and extremely reliable. If you ship your luggage from the airport, you can move about the city easily and have your luggage delivered directly to the house at a time convenient for you.

We will send this to you a few weeks before your arrival date. Please print off the Welcome pack in case you don’t have internet access when you first arrive.

Closer to your arrival we will be in contact to arrange a suitable time and place to meet with you. It will either be one of us or a trusted friend or relative. We will meet you, hand over the keys, run through the facilities of the apartment and also give you a tour of the local area if time allows.

Our houses always have a variety of bedding options but we do not advise trying to squeeze in more than the maximum number of people on the listing. We want you to be comfortable and there are restrictions on the number of people who can sleep for safety reasons.

Cozy, comfortable and convenient place!

Fuji house was a great place to relax and regroup after a tiring flight from abroad. It has a deep, full size Japanese bath, a very special touch that I appreciated! The bed was comfortable and having two floors with several rooms created a sense of space which helped me keep a healthy routine. Having amenities like a washing machine, kitchen and apple t.v. were particularly nice. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, utensils and basics such as coffee, tea, salt and sugar so you can cook affordably. The friendly neighborhood is easy to access via car or train. Communicating with Ash and Tracey was fast and professional so I always felt cared for. There are meticulous explanations around the house on how to use electronics or even take out garbage, so you can easily get into the swing of life in Japan. Wonderful experience. I would enthusiastically recommend TFS and hope to use them again in the future.

Top of the world at the Fuji House

Overall enjoyed our stay at the "Fuji House". It's conveniently located near a subway station, allowing us to easily get anywhere around Tokyo. The one odd thing being that you walk into the bathroom to get to the bottom floor bedroom but this didnt borther us at all. The place is very nice, with comfortable beds. They were great hosts and would recommend staying here. Thanks for all your help with our stay. We were able to enjoy our time in Japan in part thanks to the convenient and quiet location.

Thank you!

'Great location, spacious rooms, and enough appliances to make your stay comfortable. There's a 7-11 close-by (next to which is a big grocery/supermarket) and the train station was not too far, either. All amenities and furniture were great, including sofa-bed in the upstairs unit. Thank you for letting us stay

Easy access to Shinjuku.

'The house is located in a quiet town which is quite peaceful and has not so much traffic. Lots of nice restaurants near by and so easy to get to Shinjuku where we spent most of our time. The host was super nice and easy to communicate with. We would love to come back to the Fuji House!

Good place for a family or small group

The hosts were greatfor this place in Tokyo. The apartment was a great value for Tokyo and was a very quaint and quiet neighbourhood. We found several great restaurants in the area that provided us with authentic and outstanding food. I rather enjoyed staying outside the busy hub of Shinjuku. I think the host also has many other houses that are in different parts of Tokyo. During my next visit I think I would like try those out. Great place for a small group since it is separated by a common staircase. Just like two separate units. Great hosts that explained everything very well.We had a fantastic stay as there were so may amenities in the house for us - air condition in each room, apple TV and comfy beds, power adaptors, tea and coffee, books and videos. It really felt like a home away from home!

Such a convenient location

A surprisingly convenient arrangement for our family. Two separate sleeping areas with two full bathrooms which is so rare in Japan. The area around the apartments is quiet and peaceful but with enough shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk to ensure we could get food anytime. The Subway was really close and you can be in Shinjuku in under 10 minutes. We took the subway another 10 minutes to Ginza area too.
