The convenient Marunouchi Subway is around a 4 minute walk.

Harajuku 15  min. 

Change at Nakano-Sakaue station to the Oedo line to get to Roppongi in 23 minutes. 

From Shinjuku station you can go to Mount Fuji, Hakone, Kamakura,  Kawaguchiko, Nikko,Odaiba ,Tokyo Disneyland on direct train.
