Please note that we only accept bookings for stays exceeding one month, and preference will be given to those looking to book for multiple months. Upon check-in, you'll find a starter pack of consumables such as shampoo, toiletries, and cleaning supplies to ensure a comfortable beginning to your stay. For longer stays, you'll have the option to purchase refills of your preferred brands at your convenience. 

Rest assured, all utilities including gas, electricity, water, and internet are included in your rental package. 

Additionally, a monthly cleaning service is provided at no extra cost to maintain the cleanliness and freshness of the space. Should you require additional cleaning during your stay, arrangements can be made for an extra fee to accommodate your needs and preferences.
